2. PURCHASE AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

2.1 CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD.

To ensure payment security, [Peluker] uses the Red Sys service. This service incorporates SSL security standards, ensuring that confidential data (the 16-digit bank card number, expiration date, CSV code) is transmitted directly in encrypted form to the bank's server, without being recorded on [Peluker]'s server. At no time will [Peluker] store or process data related to your credit card. Once personal and shipping details are filled in, [Peluker] redirects you to the bank where you can enter your bank details and make the payment via a Secure Server.

Sales made through the Cyberpack Internet payment service, with cards issued by "" or any other national or foreign financial entity, and which include authentication of the cardholder's identity, will be managed by this new system. In these cases, neither the cardholder nor the issuing entity can claim ignorance of the purchase made, nor request the reversal of the transaction with the reason "operation not authorized by the cardholder".

2.2 BANK TRANSFER OR ACCOUNT DEPOSIT.

3.2 PURCHASE PROCESS

4. CHANGES, RETURNS, BREAKAGES, AND WARRANTY.

If the product of your order does not correspond to what you expected, do not worry. Just return it to us in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and without being manipulated or used, within 14 days of receiving your package at Peluker. It must be sent to our facilities that have delivery hours from 10:00 to 14:00 from Monday to Friday.

We commit to exchanging it or refunding the amount of your order by check or bank transfer within 15 days. We inform you that if once the product is reviewed, it does not meet the previously indicated requirements, the return will not be accepted, and the customer will have to pick up the product at our facilities, or we will send it to the address indicated, upon payment of the new shipping costs.

If the package is returned without being opened, we will refund the amount of the price of the order. However, all additional costs and expenses arising from the shipment and the return will be borne by you.

If the return is due to the withdrawal or cancellation of the order, within the indicated period of 14 days from the receipt of the order, we will refund the amount of the product. However, all additional costs and expenses arising from the return will be borne by you.

If the return of the order is due to a cause attributable to [Peluker], we will refund the amount of the product, the shipping costs, and the expenses incurred as a result of the return.

In any case, the return of defective products and incorrect shipments will be accepted, provided that the customer communicates this circumstance within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

When we receive the product, if it is in good condition, the return will not be accepted. We will proceed to return the product to the customer, after payment of the reshipment costs, an amount totaling xxx. Once this amount is paid, the product will be resent to the desired address.

Breakages During Transport

When the transport agency delivers your package, if you detect any external damage to the package, you must report it in writing before signing the delivery note.

All claims for breakage after a period of 48 hours without the provision of documentation will not be admitted.

Once the breakage file is initiated, we will proceed to send again the replacement of the affected items. The company reserves the right to collect the affected products.

Warranties

All our electrical products have a valid warranty for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. For the consumer to exercise their rights, a warranty period of Three years from the date of the invoice or purchase ticket is recognized. For the purposes of the duration of the warranty, the consumer is understood as defined in Royal Decree 1/2007, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (BOE No. 287, November 30, 2007), excluding those who acquire, store, or use the product with the aim of integrating it into production, transformation, marketing, or provision to third parties. For the latter, the warranty period will be one year.
